Thank you Nev and Cheryl for putting together a great itinerary show casing this beautiful part of SE Queensland. We thoroughly enjoyed the scenery, photo opportunities, morning tea and winery lunch. It was a relaxing change to have someone else do the driving in a very clean, comfortable Mercedes.

My partner and I were visiting the mountain and looked for a comprehensive food and winery tour so we didn’t have to drive. We had the greatest delight in meeting Tarnia who arrived at our accommodation in a brand new Toyota Kluger for our private tour at short notice. A very civilised start time of 9.45am and we motored off to three different wineries, one where we had a very delicious lunch, finishing with the Distillery. Tarnia was great company, friendly, warm and courteous. Her thoughtfulness throughout was generous and deeply appreciated. We finished up around 3pm because we were “all wined out” but Tarnia would ordinarily have kept going until about 4pm. The tour was comprehensive, included historical and topical information of the area and exceeded our expectations. Tarnia is an absolute treasure who clearly loves her job. Highly recommend this tour as a must do whilst visiting Tamborine Mountain.

We had a group of 8 women aged 18-50 who all had a great time wine & beer tasting from Maleny to Montville in the Sunshine Coast Hinterlands. Our drive/guide was lovely and did a great job driving in very heavy downpour. Not even the rain could dampen our spirits!

Over 130 years later, we’re still making rum the traditional, "boutique" way, operating from our original stone building. We are still exclusively sourcing Australia's finest molasses from the country's only remaining family-owned sugar mill, and still pot stilling using some of our original copper equipment. If you are thinking about doing something different with a group of friends, I highly recommend the tour and tasting at Beenleigh Artisan Distillery. Liam was our guide, he was professional and able to answer our many questions as we were walking through the historic distillery. We learned a lot about rum (of course) and the history of the area. After the tour, we were able to sample 10 of the Rums created, and came away happy with our purchases. The modern tasting and sales section of the distillery is very tastefully done, and the old historic distillery itself is wonderful.

Our driver Chris picked us up directly from our hotel and was happy and hospitable for the whole day. He showed us a great time and always asked if there was anything we needed or wanted and genuinely cared about the tour he was providing. We had a great group of people on our tour.
