I was doing a day trip and booked the ride very last minute. I wasn't really sure about where the shuttle will pick the guests up, but it was super easy to find! The bus company is actually a family owned business and they take care of their business very seriously and with passion! Mea the lovely lady who owned the company and also was our driver, kind enough to talk to me (solo traveller) all the way from Brisbane to Byron, which only took us 2 hours trip!! She also gave me so much information, gave me suggestions to where to go, very patient and kind! She even lend me her charging cable for the whole day because I forgot to bring mine to connect it to my power bank. The bus was really clean, a perfect size to travel in not-so-long distance and everything on the bus worked perfectly! On the way back, as I was obviously tired, I fell asleep on the bus and feel very safe (it is normally very hard for me to sleep in a running vehicle). I definitely will recommend this company to a lot of people who's travelling on budget! It is by far, the easiest, cheapest and fastest way to travel from Brisbane-Byron and Byron-Brisbane. Big thanks to Mea who is one of the kindest person in all of Brissie and Byron I've ever met! hope to see her soon on holiday!
