I am a professional fisherman in the Loire river. I cook some of my fish for providing delicious smoked fish, rillettes, soups and ready meals. All our products are made from wild fish caught in Loire river and prepared by us. You can come and visit our kitchen workshop, smokehouse, boat and taste our products in front of the Loire !

We had an amazing morning with our family of 5 using this shops new Hydrogen powered bikes. They were very similar to electric bikes in reality. We were effortlessly able to complete 40km along the Loire in a morning. Amazing. Would highly recommend this to families with teenagers (or in fact just couples).
