Took my 10yr old daughter to this park and she loved every minute of it. Sonya her instructor was so attentive and caring and really helped my daughter feel at ease as she had never done it before, she was ziplining through the forest, climbing trees, running through nets and walking over wobbly planks and she had such a fun time. The staff are so lovely and attentive and she was allowed to go round the course as many times as she wished. Really reasonably priced activity and such a fun way for kids ( and adults) to get back to nature in this beautiful place. We would definitely return.

As an irregular golfer, an invitation to play in a golf day caused me some consternation, and just one lesson at the academy bolstered my confidence sufficiently to play and I had a great day without embarrassing myself! Looking forward to booking more sessions in 2018.

Amazing collection of yachts, all sizes. Lovely walk from Quarteira where we were staying. Lots of restaurants, Irish pub, bars, cafe's and shops to explore. Easy flat walk along the beach boardwalk. It was off season so pretty quiet, but imagine in the summer this would be the place for evening entertainment and night time dining.

Grandad, 2 Dads, 3 Grandsons, 2 Grandaughters, spent the morning on dune buggies. The instructor was multi-lingual and spoke perfect English, instructions on safety and road awareness given, and they spent 90 minutes travelling around the countryside and on quite roads. When they returned, they were all covered in red dust from top to toe. So be aware everything, including shoes will have to be washed. But all agreed it was a wonderful experience. and would love to do it again.

A huge beach to the east of Albufeira. Beautiful colours in the cliff. Wide sandy beach. Good wooden staircase down to the beach. Not a lot of parking considering the size of the beach. The small cafe at the stairs has decent washrooms.

For me, a novice painter and a lover of all things different, a visit to this gallery is a must! Filled with interesting things and a wonderful display of paintings in a unique setting. In early summer this little Quinta is surrounded with wild flowers. There are ceramics and unusual gifts set both inside and out. Every visit here is different. The owners are very knowledgable on all the artists on display and there is ways and means of getting purchases transported to your homeland, if not a resident. Follow the signs from the main road. There are some lovely walks nearby with panoramic views of the area.
Make time for a visit!

We walked to this beach from Vilamoura early one morning. Wonderful views, peaceful beach. Not that many spots to stop for a drink along the way so make sure you take plenty of water along. Stopped here for a drink and a bite to eat. Sat in the beach bar, Golfinho, looking out to sea and didn't want to move. If you are walking back to Vilamoura too the tide comes in and the beach is a little sloped and harder to walk along on the way back.

We have been in the area many times over past 30 years but this was our first visit to the Vila
At only €3 each it is a token payment and when we went there were only another 3 people there. We spent an hour looking around the site and in the small exhibition but we found it very interesting and informative.
