Here you will find a safe, comfortable, noncompetitive, nonjudgmental, lightly air-conditioned, nurturing haven. Classes use principles of alignment to promote safety and empower students to achieve their full potential. Laura is just an awesome teacher, her guidance for the different asanas in the class is just great. The facilities are really nice too. Perfect spot to relax in Bocas after a beach day.
