Bluffton is the fastest growing municipality in South Carolina with a population over 2,500, growing 882.7% between the 2000 and 2010 census. Bluffton is the fifth largest municipality in South Carolina by land area. The town is a primary city within the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton-Beaufort, SC Metropolitan Statistical Area. Bluffton is known for its eclectic Old Town district and natural views of the May River. It has been called "the last true coastal village of the South."

The owner and staff team are highly knowledagable about tobaccana, and will help you find something you'll love. Their selection is insane, with some of the rareist and most sought after cigars moving through this place. Carl, the main buyer, is likely to be the most educated cigar aficionado you will ever meet. A most unusal local South Carolina spot. Besides being the ONLY establishment where you can purchase & smoke incredible cigars in a casually classy atmosphere, you can also get your hair cut by Aveda stylist Hillary, eat from a quality menu (Chef Nelly is a gem), drink from a full bar, and shop for classic Vinyl records. The main bartenders are great - one is a marine, the other a sea captain. Both super nice characters. Lots of activities/events through the week - trivia, karyoke, movie nights, open mic night, occasionally they have educational lectures on cigars - Rocky Patel himself has come on several occasions

Always look forward to stopping at Spartina 449 store, they always have such cute stuff and I love their wallets in bags. They’ve really expanded their jewelry and clothing since the last time I was in the store a few years ago. It’s located just off of the downtown Square in Bluffton and has a lot of stores around it that are artist guild type stores. They can be a little pricey but the quality is excellent so it’s worth a purchase.
