Personalised guided tours though the winery with explanations on the history of the bodega and the winemaking process. Visits conclude with a tasting of a selection of wines served in the garden or inside the 18th Century family house. Prior booking is required. The guided tour can be done in Spanish, English, German, Dutch or French. Catering is available for groups on request. Please note that during harvest, the winery will remain closed from 14h to 16h. Join any of our tours through the wine region of Binissalem. You will visit the oldest and best wineries of the island to know their history, secrets and of course taste their award winning wines. We want you to learn about why our wines are unique, we also want you to improve your wine tasting skills with us but always having fun! We will also tour you through the country side to show you the oldest vineyards of the island (70 years old) and also have a taste in the middle of the fields. All tastes come with typical Mallorquin tapas. We can also organize any type of typical meals for you on our famous "Finca Tour"

Discover the history and richness of the oranges and lemons of the Sóller valley, while you experience the appeal of a unique spot. The orchard “Sa Vinyassa”, with 18.000 m2, is a privileged spot, under the impressive rocks of the Alfabia ridge, between Fornalutx and Biniaraix. Come to Promenade and to know the history of the orange trees of Sóller, and you’ll enjoy a peaceful environment and a special micro-climate, while you taste a just squeezed organic orange juice, and a typical snack. Entrance 12 EUR incl. juice & snack (Kids: 6 EUR). Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10.00 - 14.00 hr.

Bodegas Jose L. Ferrer, located at the gates of the town of Binissalem and founded in 1931, has grown over time, thereby renewing its facilities with the aim of improving its quality and facilitates the development of their wines. The manufacturing plant is divided into two areas: - The cellar of 1931, built since its founding, has concrete tanks where still fermenting, producing and storing fine wines, keeping the tradition with several new technologies that allow more controlled elaborations. - The cellar of 1995 consists of a new manufacturing plant equipped with two stainless steel hoppers, 3 pneumatic presses, 14 stainless steel tanks with 35.000L of capacity, automatic temperature control for fermentation process, and 3 cooling tanks of 17.500L of capacity for making white wines. There are also two cellars with a capacity to hold 2,000 oak barrels and a bottle rack which will hold the aging in casks and bottles of high quality wines like the “Crianza” and “Reserva”.

Our winery, which is located in Santa María del Camí (Majorca) and contains the latest facilities, machinery and advanced technology, develops 70 hectares of vineyards in order to prepare excellent wines that display the special characteristics of the land and the varieties native to the island (Mantonegro and Prensal). To this end, we have a highly qualified team of oenologists and grape-growers to make Macià Batle the benchmark Majorcan winery.
