For our dad's 60th birthday, he was gifted a trip to Barcelona and my sisters and brothers and I wanted to add on a special experience for him and our mom during their stay there and organize a winery tour and tasting for him. I researched some local wineries online and contacted them via email. Elena from Vins Nadal was very quick in responding and so extremely helpful in setting up everything for their visit. She answered all of our questions immediately, and even offered to make a dinner reservation in a nearby restaurant for them to enjoy after the tour. Our parents enjoyed their time at the winery a lot and were raving about their experience afterwards. Elena even dropped me an email after they had left the place to tell me everything had gone well. Just amazing customer service that goes above and beyond what you would expect! Thanks for making this a memorable stay for our parents!
