The Black Swan Hotel

Friendly Local Pub that has an open fire, live music, quiz night and a restaurant. Also bed and breakfast option. The pub is child and pet friendly. Service with a smile! :)

A really welcoming, dog friendly pub doing really good Sunday lunch, a great choice and some lovely home made desserts. Dogs welcome in the bar lounge while the restaurant area is dog free. The roast lamb was perfect and we shared a cheeseboard, which was enormous.

St Cuthbert's Cave

Reviewed By 52glennf - Lincoln, United Kingdom

We had this planned along with other things whilst on holiday and took a trip from Seahouses one afternoon as the weather was indifferent. It was easily found with sat nav and was signposted from the car park. It was steep walk up hill with our 5 and 2 yr old but manageable. Overall distance probably 1 mile but definitely worth it as the cave was fantastic. The kids loved climbing around it and the view was stunning.
