What makes Bayonne unique are the cobbled streets, the narrow streets, the very beautiful old town with its Basque half-timbered houses, the charming shops, the spectacular facades along the waterfront of the Nive. Bayonne invites you to stroll, eat and drink in the shade of trees and let the city take over. Let yourself be seduced by the capital of chocolate. I am happy to show you this Basque metropolis, embedded in 2 rivers, with a 2,000-year history and a unique, intact old town.

Inclusions: The city tour will be adapted to your wishes.

Exclusions: Gratuities

My wife and I and two teen age daughters took this tour from Steffan and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Steffan has a great personality and a lot of knowledge, so that made the entire tour a delight. He entertained many questions from us and made helpful recommendations on where to eat and other local attractions. If I visit Saint Jean de Luz again I would like to take another tour with Steffan. His fee is reasonable and his knowledge is vast.

Diego took me from Donosti to Hondarribi where we tried the best pintxos ever! We also walked the Talaia Bidea, a trail with stunning views along the coastline next to the lighthouse. Then he managed to show me Sokoa, San Juan de Luz & Gethary. Mind-blowing! One place better than the other. Diego is a very well informed guide who would share with me bits and pieces of history, geology and so many good tips. The architecture is spectacular and the natural beauty of this corner of the world is just incredible. I strongly recommend anyone out there to go on a journey with Diego.

This day tour allowed us to see the most of San Sebastian and Basque Coast in one day. There were a lot of incredible sights. We had only one day to visit the Basque Country and we were really satisfied with this tour. Our tour guide Josu really helped us make the most of it. The food was really good with lot of pintxos options to choose and different wines to pair with the food. I would highly recommend txakoli local wine. It was greatt day with a great guide.

I cannot recommend this day trip highly enough. Ander provided the most amazing day - hotel pickup, beautiful sights, history, cultural information, and treats along the way. The stop at each town was incredibly memorable. We also had a great stop at the Spanish-French border for a coffee and incredible views. If you're looking for a special day that will take you away frm the tourist-heavy sites in Donostia-San Sebastian, this is the tour for you. Ander, thank you so much for your warmth and for a day that we will never forget. If we visit again your beautiful country, you will see us for a repeat tour! Brian Couch and Flo Couch
