We found the history of this abbey quite interesting. It is nicely restored and easy to find your way around. It is certainly a cool place in summer!

Had to wait an hour before we could enter, but it was well worth the wait. With the tickets we got a Dutch handout with the information that is shared during the tour. The tour guide spoke French and English and stopped in each of the 5 halls. Some of them were really big and had great acoustics. There were quite some stairs and good shoes are recommended. Also don’t forget to bring a sweater or vest because it’s 11 degrees inside the caves. Kids loved it too.
