My wife and I went to check out Shine Spa at Sheraton Grand, Bangalore recently. I've been taking massage from all over the country, from road side parlor to Five star hotel. So, I have had my expectations wherever I go and my expectations are nothing but the same at Shine Spa as well. We have booked an appointment through Ms. Lallawmzuali (Mylo), the Spa Manager, she was very cordial, supportive and helpful from the moment we reached the hotel till the time we left. I would like to mentioned about the place, specially the area of Shine Spa, the way they decorated was something simple and relaxing, not like the others. Then, I told Mylo what kind of massage we need and type of Therapist I want, because I don't like the chatting while I'm on the room. We have entered couple room which was booked by us, the therapist were as requested, don't talk too much but didn't fail to entertain us. The Jacuzzi was awesome. The room was spacious, scented and quiet. I say, this is the perfect place for relaxing and rejuvenating ourselves. After finishing the service, I have change my perspective, the Shine Spa at Sheraton Hotel is the best Spa in the country for self/couple rejuvenation. This is the place we can enjoy without any limit, this is the place you'll get the best staff (from Manager to Therapist,all the staff). So, if I have the chance to stop by at Bangalore, I will definitely go to the Shine Spa , Sheraton Grand without any second thought.

Got appointment on time at Cunningham road. Very good hospitality by Emy (manager) explanation of service so one can decide. I choose Be Nirvana 90 mins (Body scrub, body massage and body wrap). My first experience was awesome. Really felt fresh, mental peace, stress free, flexible. Litty the therapist is expert in sports massage and did a great job. Worth the money. It also included steam and two things shower. Went back to work and accomplished lot more tasks.

My short 30 minutes with Emily was altogether professional in the hands of an expert. Equally important, great value for service.
