I’ve had a few massages here over the last couple of years and all of them have been absolutely amazing! I’ve had both relaxation and deep tissue with a number of therapists - Basia, Marc, Edna & Veronica - and they’ve always tailored it to exactly what I needed. Best massages I’ve ever had, can’t wait for my next visit!

We offer Massage, Acupuncture and Naturopathic Medicine. We direct bill for MOST insurance companies and ALL of our therapists are registered. How we stand out in Banff is that we are NOT a spa, we focus on the therapeutic aspect of the treatment. We make your body forget about the activities you did today so you can do it again tomorrow!

I have quite a few chronic injuries that cause a lot of tension, I had Amanda and she was fantastic. As an ex Olympian she really understands body composition and applied techniques of acupuncture, heat, massage and cupping to release pain and tension. The practice is very clean, modern yet homely and you feel relaxed straight away. It is very professional and I would highly recommend you go there for any of your aches and pains.

Beautiful spa with the most talented therapists with amazing services and high quality products. The new space is breathtaking. I highly recommend the facial peels and micro needling, I have sensitive skin that I have neglected in the past but in the months before my wedding, Renee scheduled a series of these treatments along with at home products that left me feeling and looking fabulous for my big day. The obvious improvement to my skin and confidence I now know is not worth neglecting, plus I always have killer brows!

I had the pleasure of a 90 minute massage with Sasha. I am the type of person that prefers no talking and a sense of peace during my massage. I did not have to request this, Sasha was intitive enough to allow me a peaceful 90 minute massage, afterwards which I felt wonderful. The ladies change room for the spa is also wonderful, everything you need is there; it is spotless clean with every lotion, potion, razor, blow dryer, curling iron you could ask for. A must for anyone wanting to be pampered.
