Side By Each Brewing Co. is a small brewery with a big tasting room, offering 12 or more frequently changing beers in a wide variety of styles, with the unifying themes of creativity, diversity, respect for tradition, and uncompromising quality. We have growlers and kegs to go, filled to order with a nifty machine that preserves the beer’s quality far longer than your average tap-filled jug. Starting early in the morning we brew up CBD coffee and espresso drinks and sell locally made pastries and breakfast sandwiches – we can fill your growlers in the morning, too, and if you want us to pour you a morning beer, who are we to judge? Pinky D’s Poutine Factory slings lunch and dinner from their new kitchen inside our space. A few times a year we put on sweet special events, and there are always friends and families hanging out, a great community gathering space – and did we mention, awesome beer?
This brewery has something for everyone. Beer, cider, sours, and coffee. Staff is super friendly and always willing to explain and suggest. If your in the Auburn,ME. Area, make this one of your stops, you won't be disappointed!

We visited Mt. Apatite in the rain, but that didn't matter. As an old mica mine, we expected to find some. Boy, did we. There are a bunch of rocks and minerals that you can find and some of the quarry pools and vistas from the top of the hill were beautiful. The walk around the area is very pretty.

It's a great and well-maintained walkway for strolling and jogging, with nice views of the river, downtown Lewiston, waterfalls, and trees. The railroad trestle part of it is a nice touch. It's particularly beautiful in autumn.

Hubby had never skied before so he took a one hour lesson from Mike. He had a blast and learned so much! He’s ready to go back! Mike and the rest of the staff were very friendly, as were the customers we met, as well. This place is friendly, comfortable, and a lot of fun!
