Stage Door

Best little show on Earth! Three course delicious meal, 90 minute comedy cabaret show. Starring Bernadette Smith and our very own Boy From Oz, Kevin Wright. Beautiful live singing, fabulous costumes and hilarious stand up comedy. Vegas in the tropics!

Magnetic Island Forts Walk

If it's nature you like, don't miss a walk through Northern Australia's largest colony of wild koalas on Magnetic Island. The remarkable Forts Walk is the best vantage point for wildlife, spectacular rocky coves and historic military sites. With 360 degree sweeping views of the coast and Coral Sea, this is a walk guaranteed to impress. Home to the best preserved WWII fortification on the eastern seaboard, the Magnetic Island Forts Walk is a reminder of just how close Australia came to being invaded. The walk includes The Forts gun emplacements which are still intact and offers interpretive signage along the way, providing a great insight into the significance of the area. Enjoy this walk in the early morning or late afternoon for the best chance of spotting koalas. Be sure to take water and wear appropriate walking shoes as there are some steep climbs on this walk. Distance: 4km Time: 1.5 hours Grade: moderate

I did this free walk in the late afternoon when it was slightly cooler. We were lucky enough to see wild koalas in the trees and people often leave little markers on the path so you know where to look. The views from the top over the whole island are great too.

Cannot recommend this company enough. The staff are incredibly professional yet still fun. Safety is their number one priority, yet the fun and comfort of us all was also highly acknowledged. There were 5 staff on board for 8 passengers. Our day ran incredibly smoothly and everything was taken care of. I usually get motion sickness but didn’t experience this at all, but did take some tablets the night before prophalatically and the day of. We saw a rock wallaby on the way out , a couple of dolphins and sea snake. My hubby did a refresher dive course with Hunter who was amazing.. thanks Hunter for making it so easy and explaining everything so well. Paddy took care of us snorkelers and was there for everything we needed. Nick, Jono and Jemma were also fantastic in their roles. We had a lovely morning tea and there was plenty to go around. The day went so fast and would have no hesitation to go again .. thank you guys for everything. We felt so safe under your care and were blown away with the magnificent Great Barrier Reef

I obtained my open water certification here. My instructor Tom was kind, patient and professional. He took all the stress and nerves away from diving and encouraged me to learn at my own pace. In addition to the marine life we saw, the highlight of my four training dives was the shipwreck in Geoffrey Bay which is covered in weird and wonderful coral. Thanks Tom and Nick, will definitely be back to dive the Yongala with you guys soon.

Nelly Bay to Arcadia Trail

Reviewed By Milorish - Melbourne, Australia

the Arcadia to horseshoe bay trail is brilliant! breathtakingly beautiful. i did this with three young children. it was tough - take plenty of water and take your time, it did feel hard in the humidity. we saw a rock wallaby and three koalas. lots of butterflies. the track is well made. it is just stunning! gorgeous. i loved it. it does feel like the never ending track. particularly when you come out at the end and then walk along the road forever to get into horseshoe bay (but you could jump on a bus). it took us 3.5 hours. we did a couple of detours - one to the top of a rock near the water tank and the other to the lookout. this is a really nice walk. quite hilly, but lovely. enjoy :)
