Went to the gym looking for trainer Mr Pravin, but came across trainer Mr Amit. Mr Amit was more than happy to assist me on workouts. Mr Amit is a very experienced trainer who coaches and conducts classes for other trainers. He introduced me to all the equipments and made me workout as per my experience level. Cleared all my doubts regarding fitness and diet control. He is also a very friendly and approachable person. Looking forward to work out under his guidance again!
