This week I was traveling on a business trip to Amsterdam and found one of the nicest yoga studios I have been to in the world. It is nice because of the people, it is nice because of the space including two studios with bamboo floors and nice windows, a large airy check-in area, shop, and tea room sitting area, a courtyard garden, and even some outdoor showers. It is nice because of the huge selection of hot yoga and Pilates classes at convenient times, and it is nice because they provide mats and towels plus a face towel for the mats (you may have to rent your own shower towel, which is fair). It is an easy walk from the canal rings and Rijksmuseum areas. The instructors were very helpful as well! I look forward to going to this studio again on my next return trip to Amsterdam.

I very healing experience. If you are in Amsterdam and in pain, as I was, this is the place to visit. My therapist, Nin, was surprisingly knowledge, experience and very professional. She totally understand body’s mechanics. I went in for 30” foot massage and stayed for 90” whole body combination thai/oil treatment.
