Amazon Fronteras Jungle Tours

Our mission: practice sustainable tourism, support indigenous communities, see animals in their natural habitats. Amazon Fronteras Jungle Tours is one of the few agencies in this beautiful region owned by a local indigenous entrepreneur. Riley Ahuanari Villar leads a team of 4 native guides, their background and expert knowledge serving as a book of wisdom for all of our travelers. We operate in Puerto Nariño and 4 indigenous communities, taking our travelers to non-touristic places to see animals in the wild. We do not support mass tourism or visiting places where animals are a tourist attraction. We invite you to join a nature experience and disconnect from everything else. Check out our Trip Advisor reviews and website to choose the all-inclusive tour that’s right for you!

Parque Santander

Reviewed By 682jeffl - Las Vegas, United States

This is like the high point of leticia, which really does not have much to offer within the town itself! This is a nice little park where you can go relax and enjoy the evening! There are swarms of beautiful birds that come in on a dally basis about 5-6pm and are really loud! There is a beautiful church next to the park that will allow you to the top of the steeple for 3 mil or $1, which gives you a breath taking view of the park and the area! There is always a police presence and a very safe environment anyway! The small food , drink and ice cream vendors all have some pretty good produce for about 2 mil each or 80 cents!
