Nice bar set in lovely Gardens. Good atmosphere and friendly bar staff. Drinks were a bit on the expensive side. Downside for me was their strange Seating system. It's the only bar where you wait to be seated. Most people gravitated to the bench Seating along the front that have comfy cushions. If you did manage to get to the seats before the staff got to you they all had a 'Reserved' sign on the table. Then the staff decided whether you could sit there! On being allowed to sit there we were told we may have to share (as there are two bench seats facing each other) which for us wasn't a problem. We were there for a couple of hours but nobody else turned up. The next night we went in again and was allowed to sit in the 'comfy' seats but only stayed for one drink. Went in again next night but weren't allowed in the 'comfy' seats, even though no one sat down in the time we were there. I can only presume if you are new they sit you in the 'comfy' seats to draw you in and depending on how often you go in and how much you spend dictates where you can sit and whether you get a bowl of nuts! Rather strange so we didn't go in after that.

This is a cocktail and drink bar. Our door with comfortable surroundings. It's a pleasant place to be, and the drinks are good. Interesting lighting and 80s and 90s music.
The staff are very nice.
Only quibble would be with the smokers, they do spoil things somewhat for us non smokers.

Visited Robin's nest during our stay in Agios Gordios.
What a funky place! Everything is very hippy / retro with a friendly feel. Cocktails are lethal! You must try a Robin's surprise..
You can decorate a pebble from the beach to add to the wall in the bar.
Would definitely recommend a visit.

We stayed in a villa close to the beach & enjoyed strolling down in the morning for some digging with our toddler. Good combination of large & small pebbles, and fine sand.
Only drawback is the excessive rubbish, plastic bottles & bags etc.
Seems a lot of it comes from the teenagers staying at the pink palace which is a shame - there are bins provided but the wind often blows it away I suppose.
Perhaps during the main season someone cleans up.

Sorry to say I found Mike's bar disappointing, maybe it was because we went in September and it was getting close to the end of the season. We went early one night to see The Beatles Tribute Band, they were pretty good, we went early to get a good seat as there were 4 of us, but then a member of staff asked us to move for other people, this meant 2 of us had to sit on stools rather than have a backrest which made for an uncomfortabe night, we're not as young as we use to be. What was really unfair was that no one else was asked to move!

Just to put you in the picture, "Corfu & You" is a bespoke service being offered by a young Dutch man, taking smaller groups or even just couples, as we were, around this beautiful island of Corfu. We found his information while looking at the website "Things to do in Agios Gordios" We took a whole day trip and saw most of the island, including a short visit to Corfu town for coffee and a lunch stop at a beachside taverna. We saw all the popular sights, like Mouse Island etc, and also some places we would never have found on our own. Being Dutch, of course, his English is excellent. He has lots of local knowledge, having lived on the island for some time. Would not hesitate to recommend him. His contact details should be on the website mentioned before. You will not be disappointed!
