Went there with a friend. Nothing fancy but the food was excellent. Honestly can't pronounce either meal, let alone spell them, but we split our dishes and both of them were great. I fi ished with a Vietnamese iced coffee, best iced coffee I've ever had.

Brews & food perfectly prepared and delivered with a smile. My fried hadock sandwich w fries was a 10, my wife's grilled cheese w sweet potato fries was an 11. Can't wait to return, there's something for everybody.

Creative menu, excellent specials, and fresh fresh fish and ingredients in their dishes. I have never even come close to having a bad meal here. Quite the opposite. They have it all covered at the Angler. The chowder and bisque are filled with clams or lobster, sizable portion, and always piping hot. My favorite app is the honey sesame shrimp. Crunchy fried shrimp doused in honey, with a peanut sauce with 3 different dipping sauces. Off the charts! Fried foods are crispy and ample. Fresh fish dishes from the swordfish au poivre to the baked scallops are tasty and delicious. The seafood and pasta dishes are always served piping hot and succulent. The key here is the fish is always fresh and the sides are not just thrown on the plate, they are sauteed or fried perfectly. Not a fish place within 20 miles that can even come close.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. They truly have the rudest people that I have ever met in any kind of establishment. The food is less than mediocre. Cold and chewy seafood, crappy small portions. Brought my friends there from out of town and was so embarrassed by everything about this place. The server , a girl ignored us, made faces at us. Snotty, nasty attitude. We waited forever for some soup and then it was cold and asked for hot soup; they then forgot to bring it back. We purchased a hefty amount of food. Lobster was tiny and chewy, clams were hard and overdone. I could go on and on but why bother. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Nothing any of us had was good. I would have given it less than one circle rating but it isn't there..worse than terrible. OH YES AND FORGOT Super expensive and diner atmosphere. Who cares if the food is good but NOT!
I will say I have been going their market and that can't be beat. Awesome people there and fabulous fish. Buy it there and take it home...

I always have to bring my mother in law a Dozen donuts when we visit...The servers here are always friendly and attentive...Need a New England Regular coffee to go...( a regular FYI is coffee, cream and sugar)

Easy to get to; decent parking lot, easy to get in and out. Restrooms could have used a little attention but were ok. Baked goods were fresh. Service was good. Dining area was acceptable.

I moved to the area recently and the Old Mill Restaurant has been recommended to me many times. Had dinner here while my parents were in town from Ohio. It's a beautiful location and design of the restaurant. The menu had many options that looked quite good. Each come with corn fritters and pecan rolls. I'm not usually a corn fritter person, but these were terrific. And the pecan rolls are also so good. The meals were also really good. Our selections ranged from appetizers to dinner salads to roast duck to a surf and turf special. The spinach artichoke dip with house made crispy pita chips was excellent, as was my roasted duck.
Unfortunately, our server was not as good. She was cranky from the first, and looked as if it was a burden to be serving us. My parents are in their 80s, and when they had questions, she did not disguise her disdain or the inconvenience she felt. She was not attentive - no refill on waters, soda, or coffee the whole night, for example.
Since this was our first time, I have no idea if this is typical service or an anomaly. I will give it another try, and hope the service matches the food next time.

Stopped by here this evening and it was very good. You place your order at the counter and then they call your number for pick up. The restaurant is casual with tables and chairs. It is very neat and clean. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Food is cooked to order. I had white meat chicken which was good, with JoJo's which are large potato wedges, small cole slaw and a small cranberry sauce. All were tasty. I may try the fries the next time as the Jo Jo's are thick and rather plain tasting. My daughter had a chicken sandwich with JoJos, pickles, and slaw. Good portion. We also had onion rings which were tasty as well. Fried fish products all looked good too. All in all a nice experience.

We love the place. From a good range of Chinese food to some great Sushi rolls to Sushi bowls(which are amazing) all the way to Sushi Burritos!!! Food has been great and the service over the top friendly!! Love it, Love it, Love it!!!.
