Cafe con leche was excellent - presume it used the coffee that was on sale here, from a local roaster in san marcos. 15Q for this and 19Q for a very nice pineapple and coconut pie, made on the (tiny) premises. Few seats at the back, in a pleasant seating area away from the road.

Hario and other standard equipment used. Black and white uniformed barista. Beautiful garden setting on the lake with volcanoes. Tranquil music ambience. Located in the hotel property so you will have to leave the main Santander street of Panajachel if you want to come here. I had a small sized flat white. Delicious.

Mister Jon’s has a diverse menu of mostly American fare (I believe the owner is an expat). Everything I’ve had on the menu is good and never leaves me with a belly-ache, except perhaps from overdoing it, ha. Good food, decent service, and always reliable. One of my top 5 spots in Pana for sure.

Deli Jasmin

Great breakfast place, popular with foreign travelers and expat residents. Lovely garden setting.

Went here because it was #1 on Trip Advisor. So either all the restaurants in Pana are crap or only crazy people have left reviews. I’m hoping for the latter as I quest for a decent restaurant in Pana. There are two Jasmin Delis, we were directed to the one further up the road when the one closest to the lake was too full. The food was just OK, that’s all I can say. The menu didn’t look great, none of the pics looked that appetising. Maybe the one closer to the lake is better...
