We had planned to go to Ile de Pain but had forgotten that it was closed on Mondays. We were referred to the Lofts for breakfast - nice poached egg and bacon on toast with decent coffee. The poached eggs were made in little cup things and the bacon was small, but a decent breakfast. Comfortable surroundings with good views out over harbour

We came here for breakfast and was not very impressed with the food and service. Although two of us had the breakfast special for R55 which included a cappuccino, the sausages on the two plates were different. One thin and one thick. And the thick sausage was not cooked through properly. The service wasn't very good as well and our dirty plates piled up without being removed from our table. The moer koffie with condensmilk was very nice and strong. Sincere apologies that you were underwhelmed! Many thanks for bringing your criticisms to our attention. This issues will be dealt with and I am happy to revert to you via email if you would care to get in touch. We strive to offer good value and inconsistency is not part of our offering. Apologies again.

A must stop after a cycle ride in the Knysna forests Great coffee and excellent breakfasts. .. also a great place to take the kids for a family outing with a cycle track for the wannabees

Only found Bodega this year during our regular 3 month stay in Knysna. Really pleasant area for enjoying coffee with lovely views. Not ate there but the coffee draws us back every time we are passing.I know they are moving soon but we will seek them out next year for sure because they serve the best coffee in Knysna.Thank you so much for the lovely review, yes, we are very proud of our roaster (Arrow Coffee) and barista (Phila). We had a lovely family dinner, and played a fun game of pool while we waited for our food. The food was great, the service was rather slow but the pool table made up for it. Our only real gripe was that my husband's calamari serving was rather small. Overall a very good experience. Hi Michelle, thank you for the great review and rating.
