Thai Eatery

I placed my over the phone completely hassle-free and didn't have to repeat myself once (which almost never happens). Our order was ready right on time and all the food was delicious with big portions. All three of us had starters and mains, and the bill was surprisingly low. I would definitely recommend Thai Eatery for anyone who wants delicious Thai food without the fuss of DIY.

Royal Siam Thai

Came in for a late lunch. Had green curry chicken (Gaeng kiao wan gai) and Pad Thai prawns/goong.Both were absolutely delicious. Ingredients - shrimps, vegetables were fresh it was served generously and rather quickly for prepared to order food. The Pad Thai had six large prawns. Which is more than I was ever served in Thailand. Waitress was local but whoever was cooking was Thai.A very good meal, different from the fried sea food and the pizzas served on all water fronts from Cape Ton to Port Elizabeth. The restaurant has no alcohol license, so bring your own or they get it in the pizzeria next door and give you a copy of the bill. No added charge.

Wu's Chinese Restaurant and Sushi Express

yes, there is a huge lack of ambiance and decent decor, but I came for the food. it's not high end Asian food, neither is it 100% authentic, which is understandable, given the location, but I liked it. I particularly enjoyed one of the soups that we ordered. Possible 'hot and sour'.

My Chinese friend was desperate for Chinese food so I took her to Asami’s. The only dish she liked was the soup. The noodles were terrible and we left most uneaten. I liked the Tempura prawns but that’s Japanese, not Chinese. The view at night was nice and we sat outside.
