Indeed, it has a unique architectural style with lots of artistic mozaic. The staffs are helpful & free transportation to & from airport is provided free of charge. The room is basic, but clean. The breakfast menu is also basic, but considering the price, it's great that breakfast is included.

Hotel ini punya Fasilitas yang cukup lengkap, mungkin yang masih kurang adalah pelayanan dari staf hotel yang masih kurang oke. Homestay ini memiliki Pemandangan yang indah langsung ke Bandara El Tari Kupang. Dari Hotel ini kita bida melihat sunrise yang indah.

Reviewed By KEduseiWe stayed in the bigger house at Boa Vida in June 2021 and have to say it was an unforgettable experience. The house itself is beautiful, 2 bedrooms (one with extra mezzanie level) and really nice living area with big table , couch, an easy place to hang , get work done and a pleasure to come to at the end of a days surfing. Waking up each day to the sight of boa surf break from my window . A delicious breakfast smoothie bowl , eggs toast coffee . We had our own private access to the beach and high is literally a stone throw away this was great for surfing , swimming and there’s even a little hidden bay that offered even mor privacy. Snorkelling was amazing with beautiful corals and fish life just off the reef just need to time it with the tides. The staff couldn’t have looked after us better , from servicing the rooms to cooking up new takes on indonesian /western dishes with fresh /healthy ingredients …. oh and definitely try the chocolate lava cake! There’s an lovely communal area on the cliff front that overlooks the bay , this served as a yoga deck daytime hang out and was perfect for chilling in the hammock and watching the occasional whale cruise by. Overall i couldn’t have been happier and will def be heading back again for an extended stay. Thanks to Carla and all the Staff @ Boa Bida for this incredible time.

Best place to stay in ROTE for surfers
Reviewed By AllielovesthebeachDave is the best. If want to be looked after by a genuine, absolute all round nice guy then this is the place for you. Dave is a genius when it comes to thinking of all the little touches that make a surf camp awesome. He really has made the place beautiful and sustainability plus as it was built using all local materials. We have stayed in many different surf accommodations during 10-15 years of trips to Indonesia and this is by far our favourite. The rooms are huge, there is a beautiful little plunge pool, and the food is incredible. The best part for us is the boats that are included out to the breaks. They wait while you surf and you won't be left behind! Don't be persuaded to stay on the beach front, it is quieter, and cooler back from the beach and you can be at the beach in 2 mins anyway if you want.

Beautiful villa by the beach
Reviewed By Mama2010The villa is very cozy, relaxing with nice garden and nice view of the sea and quiet. Sunset at Nemberala Beach is amazing. Ms Dorce and staff are very helpful. Maintenance needs to be improved as when we checked in the toilet flush and water tap did not work but we were moved to another room.
