We were looking for a meal and found the Au X nestled down a side street just off the main drag.. Very good quality food and a wide selection of Belgian beers on offer.... Choice of inside or streetside tables added to the ambience on a very warm September evening

A no frills quality restaurant. Looks to be family run.Warm welcome and excellent service .We had the set meal which was very good value.The Mussels were splendid and as good as any I have eaten .Will definitely revisit. A good place to watch the sun go down over the sea .

Very pleasant Bar on the Promenade with friendly, welcoming Management and staff. Serving some excellent food....suggest trying their Mussels a La Creme, a delight, or a Lunchtime snack, their Tomato Soup served with tasty Croutons and Cheese...very messy to eat but wonderful.Also has Beach front Terrace for outdoor eating.
