Had the fish and chips (of course with beer) found the food really really good i was impressed and that is hard to do to me people say meh do not go there i say do not listen i am an expert on food and drink actually i could be Anthony Bourdain as much as i eat and drink ohhh ya get the honey garlic wings wow...............

I visited Cafe Amalia with my son today. I was truly impressed by the way the owner and his wife Amalia run this cozy place. If I was staying in Welland longer, it would definitely be on my frequent visit list. The owner made me one of the best cafe lattes I have had in a very long time. It was just perfect! His hospitality with us and all his other customers made me feel very comfortable despite being miles away from home.

M.T. Bellies is a casual restaurant with a comfortable lively atmosphere with delicious varied menu, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Choose either the Rec Room (bar side), a great spot to catch the game, or the dining room for your choice of atmosphere flavour. Plenty of free parking with easy accessibility. Vegetarian and gluten free options.

A couple of weeks ago, I went to restaurant in Welland Ontario, called MT Bellies. This charming establishment is cozy, has the right lighting and family or couple atmosphere. It was nice to see heritage in the décor. The manager, was very accommodating and the servers are friendly. I had a glass of wine, a nice steak dinner and dessert. My son also had a good meal plus a drink and dessert. The bill was plus tax was only seventy four and change. The steak was perfect, wine perfect, service perfect, atmosphere perfect but the brownie dessert needed a little more brownie to it. I will be back to try another dish. I do highly recommend MT Bellies if you want a good meal. See you soon!

Took a large group here 10+ which they can easily accommodate.
Lots of free parking.
This place is like a historical landmark in Welland...it's been around a long time! So the building, decorating, tables etc. are all older and outdated but the food is excellent!
Salads, pitas, sandwiches, french fries and all of it is fresh and very well prepared. Someone is paying attention to the food quality and detail.10 of us had all different items and everyone was happy.
10 of us were in and out in only an hour. Excellent service.
The place was full at lunch time and I heard they have had regular customers for many years. Not surprised on that point.
Prices are very reasonable. Great for groups and families.
Recommended, just do not expect a fancy modern place.

Prices are reasonable and the variety is unbelievable. On a hot day you can see people lined up outside waiting to get in. Lots of parking on the side of building. Picnic tables out front and more tables and Seating inside. Friendly staff and a variety of ice cream creations. Our favourite summer time spot.

We order pizza for our family fairly often (delivered, so I wasn't in the restaurant). We have had a lot of good pepperoni pizzas but this one was the best, for sure. We were introduced to Luciano's at a gathering of friends that ordered from them. Not sure if it was the really fresh mozzarella, the tasty tender pepperoni slices, or the delicious crust but we will definitely be ordering from Luciano's often.

This is much better than it looks from the outside. Efficient service, good food and reasonable prices. This is not fine dining by any stretch, but the omelette was good and the chorizo scramble was very good. My partner reports that the potatoes were excellent. Rye toast was good; sourdough would be a good addition, but all things considered, this is a great find!
