Very Old and famous for Ice-cream & Deserts. It has good variety with different flavors. You can customize your desert as you wish with available flavors. Little Expensive but taste is good. Must visit place.

Lucky Bakery & Restaurant is an Old Irani Establishment & although it is very basic and has limited Seating, it is very popular for Breakfast & Snacks. Since Seating is limited, you may have to wait a while to be seated & will also have to share your table with others. The waiters are locals and not well trained, so don't expect high quality service, as you may have to remind them about your order and you may not always get what you order in the correct sequence. We continue to patronize this place for the excellent Masala/Cheese Omelets, Brun Maska, Chicken Rolls & Special Irani Chai that they serve, all of which are very tasty. They are open in the morning from 8am to 1pm & in the evening from 4pm to 8pm. All their bakery items come out fresh from the ovens only after 12 noon, so if you go late for breakfast in the mornings, you may not always get their Brun, which is a specialty. Their quality is always consistent & this is what keeps all their regular patrons coming back. It is indeed a one of a kind place in Panchgani & continues to be very popular. Surely a must visit every time that we are in the area.

Hotel Ruchi Park is located on the Mumbai - Bangalore Highway, short of Satara and 33 kms ahead of Shirwal on the left if driving towards Bangalore.
Ample parking, reasonably good food, moderate prices, polite staff, cook who is willing to modify the food as per your choice make this a good option.
Reasonably clean toilets may make this halt attractive.
There is a permit room that I have not seen. I, did not see anyone in a happy state, maybe it was early as I was there at 4 pm.

Thanks to tripadvisor, we got to know about this place. It's right on NH4 and a convenient stop if you or on your way to satara / Kolhapur from Pune. I found it similar to Shree Dutt snacks thats on the expressway on Pune to Mumbai side. The service was quick. The misal pav was excellent. Had been some time since I had good misal that had some poha in it. The thalipeeth could have been better, though. And yes, there's a petrol pump right next to it. So, it ticks all the right boxes for a breakfast / snacks stop when on a road trip.

This is a wonderful place located in the main Panchgani market area.
Has a good range of options including chocolate fudges, choco shots, sandwiches and choc pizzas. It was fun trying out the chocolate stuff in the cool environs of Panchgani.
Would be loved by chocolate connoisseurs.

The place is nothing much. Its a simple restaurant on the National highway between Pune to Satara. We dropped by for lunch and found the food surprisingly good. The Palak paneer was wonderful and probably the best I had. The Rotis and Naans came in a jiffy. Dal fry was superb too. Service was very friendly and our waiter served us with a smile. Its an inexpensive place. Recommended.

We usually stop here for our tea and snacks. This place is clean and beautifully done up. Washroom are kept clean and it has well-mannered staff. We enjoy having here Nescafe as well as onion pokoda’s which are yummy and tasty. Huge parking place for all vehicles. They have also started hotel with rooms in same premises, but we haven’t checked on it. Over for Veg-Food it is excellent.

I have been going to Yevle Snacks for over the last 3 years, since the time I started halting at Sayali Hotel, and have never been disappointed
This time too, I went down to Yevle Snacks for breakfast. I always try and have the special missal over here. It is their signature dish. It is very tasty and is made of green peas, tomatoes, potatoes onions, etc. and the quantity is substantial, served in a large steel mug. In a mid-size plate, one gets the farsan, piled high and with raw onions sprinkled over it. Another plat contains two paos (bread) pieces.
Their Batata Vadas are also tasty and large, as is their fried Sandwich. The tea also tastes great, probably due to the quality of milk they use more than the tea powder. They have an "open" kitchen and one can see the dishes being prepared. A popular place with the locals.
All-in-all a great and convenient place to snack at Wai, on the Surur - Panchgani road.
Value for money.
