We expected the food to match the setting - WRONG. Worst borsch we had in Russia - pork stew with bread topping had to be sent back because the center was cold. Not much taste and high prices. Cannot recommend

We ate here twice and every dish was excellent. A fresh twist is given to classics like milk mushrooms and all dishes like the pork neck and the stuffed quail are prepared on the premises with quality ingredients and great attention to detail. The bakery goods were as you would expect all very good and the desserts are not to be missed. Add in that you can sit on the terrace with views of delightful historic churches and this has everything going for it.

After a bad experience at TripAdvisorâs higher rated restaurant we tried this local, popular eatery and were pleasantly surprised. Great food and great welcoming staff. We loved their local dishes especially the cod, salmon and meatballs. Weâve been back several times during our five night stay. So glad we found it plus the setting is great. It should score much higher on TripAdvisor. Cost is reasonable too.
