We moved to the area last winter and after living in Texas for several years, desperately wanted good Chinese food. People in the mid-Atlantic take for granted the wonderful cuisine available here. We tried a few take-out places before finding the China House. Their egg rolls and crab rangoon are absolutely delicious. We sometimes get several orders a week. I honestly think they change their oil daily because the food is never greasy and doesn't have that yucky oil taste most places have. Their Mongolian Beef is the best I've ever had. Owners are super friendly and we have never been disappointed with our food. (p.s. take advantage of the pick 4 and save $$)

My family and I order delivery from Top's China at least once every couple of months and we have always received our food hot and delicious. The food is worth the price, my favorites include the chicken and broccoli and crab rangoon. Definitely recommend this restaurant!

I went here with my wife and son for lunch. Everything was served quickly and came out hot. My wife got the Lo-mein and I got the Kung Pao Shrimp. The food was great. I ordered dumplings too and thought the dough was a little thick and chewy. I would definitely go back.

My wife and I stopped in for a quick lunch last Friday after seeing good reviews on YELP for this establishment. The wife ordered the lunch combo of Cashew Chicken, Hot & Sour Soup, fried Rice and a side order eggroll. I ordered the Hunan Beef, Hot & Sour Soup, Fried Rice and an egg roll.The place was ultra clean, pleasantly decorated and the owners cooked and served our meal. Everything was hot (temperature), wonderfully cooked, very tasty and plentiful. In particular, the vegetables were nice cut, expertly cooked and looked beautiful on the plate....the broccoli in the Hunan Beef dish was simply outstanding.Surprised to see only two TripAdvisor reviews, one of which was poor. If we lived here, this would be a regular dining spot for us....it was that good. They have an extensive menu. If there was one item that I think could be improved, it would be the Hot and Sour soup. The flavor was excellent but there was too much tofu in the bowl. I'd up the pork content and lower the tofu amount. Not a big deal, as we both finished off the soup.You can't go wrong at the China Kitchen.We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the excellent service.

Good Chinese food for takeout or delivery within 3 miles. The appetizer crispy shrimp is delicious. Fried rice is a little dry, but good as a base under the general tso chicken. Love their lo mein, tried both beef and chicken! Crab rangoons were soggy, might have been better if eaten asap. Lots of food for little money. It's in the neighborhood. I like it but would not drive across town to eat there.

You must have the Crab Money Bags and the Thai Spring Rolls, they are amazing and come with a great plum sauce. My husband got the Thai Pot, curry, chicken, zucchini and coconut sticky rice. The price is very affordable and delicious.

I met a client here for lunch on his recommendation. We neeeded a quiet place for a business meeeting. The service is very good and unobtrusive. I belieee that we were served by the owner. Our meals were very good with large portions. The Restaurant is located in the Rutland Common Shopping Center, in a cluster of businesses to the right of Kroger.

For the last several years we have found Peking to be the best Chinese food in the Richmond Metro area. Particularly, we enjoy the one in Mechanicsville and feel like we've come home with Mr. Lee who owns and manages the restaurant. The service and food are always very good and we especially like the Sunday buffet. We think anyone who likes Chinese will really like this.

This was our first visit and we were happy to have found this place. Nice atmosphere and our waiter was attentive and helpful. We really enjoyed the crab rangoon and orange chicken; all the plates that we saw go by looked wonderful. Will definitely be back!
