This place has a view I can't imagine. You have to see it yourself! The location is very good at the best beach in Santa Catalina. It's also very peaceful 'cause it's a bit out of center. But it's not long way to walk or ride with a bike (free for hotel guests) if you want to go to town.Food was good and prices reasonable. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We got all the information we needed about the tours, bus schedules etc. They even provide a free ride to the hotel when you arrive to the town and back when you need to get to the bus.Rooms were clean and spacious. Only the hot water was missing. Also the WiFi didn't work all the time but the problem occurs in all the town every now and then and it was not the hotels fault!I definitely recommend Mama Ines hotel and restaurant and would come back any time.

We went there for a dinner and to be honest, we didn’t expect much, since food scene in Santa Catalina still waits to happen. However we were super surprised! There was Italian waitress working there and she did a fantastic job: multitasking, taking orders, preparing drinks and woking on up sale, all that with a smile and friendly attitude. We ordered steak plate and I ordered tuna tris, which was great. When I say great, it means perfectly done, soft in the middle and three different pieces. This is definitely something that I would really recommend.

It was off-season but the welcome was exceptionally friendly with the manager coming to greet us as we walked down the driveway of the hotel (The restaurant is part of the Hotel Santa Catalina but feels like a separate entity). We ordered food and watched the surfers on the Punta break, directly in front of the hotel. The Mahi Mahi was really good, we had it with rice and rosemary potatoes. The Chocolate Brownie with ice cream afterwards was amazing too.One of the best when we catch! And I'm thinking to both: Mahi Mahi and Brownie !thanks for share your experience and more for visiting us!Looking forward to meet you again,Pietro and all the staff
