Excellent place to stay
Reviewed By freadawLooking for a clean and secure place to stay while in Veracruz? This is it. It is a well maintained property. Courtyard is beautifully landscaped, and kept. Everyday a man was out cleaning, keeping the plants, and very large trees free of any weeds, lost leaves, and no trash seen. The units were cleaned everyday by a efficient cleaning staff. Pharmacy across the street that had everything you needed. Excellent security/parking attendant. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed By mkim870341Very close to the shopping mall and restaurant. The room and bathroom are clean. The fitness center placed in the first floor. Also, the guard is working the whole day for security and safety. Very kind and helpful employee.

Reviewed By angel cSuites Jazmin are located within 15 minutes walk from the center of Xalapa. The rooms enjoys a view of a garden full of trees that even a good hotel cannot provide. The personnel are friendly and helpful specially when you want to entertain at the bar located in the middle of the garden.

Luxury suites and rooms located on downtown Veracruz, lovely accommodations with premium details and comfortable installations. Perfect for holidays with the family or friends. It is also the ideal place for long staying. All suites provide wifi, cable TV, AC, full kitchen,parking, housekeeping and safe box with no extra charge. We also have a pool section and recreative spaces for our guest.

Reviewed By JM MVery good spot to stay in Veracruz including perfect location for tourism in a long term period (a week). Close to the centro historico, the beach, bars and restaurants, a big plus: the suite has a nice and relaxing swimming pool. The house keeper is very kind and flexible as we decided to stay an extra night at the last minute without any problems. Also, the lady who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful regarding our request. Big plus: cleaning 3 times a week. I strongly recommend this place without hesitation for visitors looking for accomodation in Veracruz.

Reviewed By hleenjWhere do we start.... 1) At checkin they give me a room that literally has a hole in the door by the lock. Rejected room. 2) Next room, the couch is all worn out and literally shredding. The furniture was just horrible. 3) Next room they give me the penthouse suite, still not up to standard, but better than the others They give you a basket with remotes at checkin. Remote fo TV and remote for AC. When I get to room, only 1 of 2 tv remote works, and 1 of 2 AC remote works... The shower stall smells of urine, the furniture is in ruins, but have to admit the couch was clean and comfortable and the beds were also clean and comfortable. The only reason I didn't leave was because I was tired and it was not bad. The place is in need of major maintenance. rust everywhere, water stains, little areas everywhere that needs touching up. The pool area looks abandoned and things are just laid to rot.. I can't see how the pool stays semi clean. It is obvious that there are not alot of people staying and noticed only 5 other guests at the hotel. granted this is not a tourist location and me myself was just here because I had down time from Mexico City to Chiapas and decided to stay near the coastline before heading to Chiapas. Things that went wrong: 1) worn out and falling apart furniture 2) AC not working 3) not enough towels 4) soaps that are provided smell horrible and can't be used 5) stains everywhere 6) every little thing needs updating 7) poor management - can't get anything right Overall stay away from this hotel. Not worth all the little troubles and not worth even trying to stay there. STAY AWAY... Go to the Fiesta Inn or Holiday Inn. they are cheaper and you know what you will get. This is not a hotel that you will be happy in... STAY AWAY AT ALL COST
