In the picturesque village of Vassiliki and concretely in the settlement "Ponti" is located the newbuilt "Anemolia Apartments", a complex of two buildings with the particularity of internal atrium that combines the Ionian architecture with neoclassic elements. In our unit you can find two- three and four person studios as well as apartments for four or six individuals equipped with all the modern comforts.

Katerina Resort is on the southwest side of Lefkada in a town called Ponti Vassiliki. It is a newly built hotel situated in the beautiful greek countryside. The rooms have astonishing views of the sea. The nearest beach is only 500 meters.

Our hotel complex is located on the southernmost bay of the island, in Vasiliki, right in front of the sea! Our hotel complex consists of 4 buildings with 31 rooms and 3 apartments, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a pool bar, a large garden and a surf school. The hotel was established as a small family business in 1993 and since then it has become the go-to place for windsurf enthusiasts. In 1995 and in 2001 the hotel buildings were expanded while in 2008 the swimming pool and the restaurant were built. With love and respect towards our loyal guests, we never stop improving our services and offering new ones in order to meet all needs.

Our hotel consists of 15 rooms and apartments. Ten of them are double rooms while five are studios and are able to accommodate up to five people.A swimming pool 100m^2 is also built in front of the buildings. The minimum depth is one meter and the maximum is two meters. A part of it has been specially modified into fifty centimeters for the young fellows, so they can feel all the joy of water without the fear of their parents. Umbrellas and sunbeds are placed around the pool for those who love to relax by the pool. At the back of the building there are showers, toilets and changing rooms that you can freely use.At the snack bar "Freddo", which is located next to the pool, you can enjoy your coffee, drink or ice-cream, your breakfast, lunch or dinner.At the back of the building there is parking area and plenty of space for those who windsurf to keep their equipment safe.Xenia is situated in Ponti, which is the most recently constructed area of the village of Vassiliki.
