Certainly not the best value, but this restaurant always delivers a terrific experience. I had the Rib Eye, which was perfectly cooked and very well presented price just under $40. My daughter had the scallops which were very good and priced about $3... get these if you like bread crumbs and BUTTER! We will plan to return soon

Edge is a great steakhouse! Modern elegance. Delicious steaks. We loved the famous Snake River Wagyu they feature. Excellent steak tartare with hassekback caviar, then the Zabuton cut-a filet mignon styled cut, but with more flavor and texture. Tasty truffled mac n cheese. Delicious popovers. Nice wine list. I live in Park City. I have eaten at most restaurants. Due to seasonal business here (Winter and Summer are busiest time of year). many restaurants are inconsistent in their quality. This is an expensive place to live, and sadly most people in the services industry have to commute a long distance (e.g. Salt Lake City). Because of the challenges of seasonality, low base wages, and high employee turnover, and restaurant can go from great to fair immediately. Not Ruth's Chris. I have never had a bad meal there. No surprises. No getting serve in shifts, when one guest is served, then another later. This place is first class.

Went for the live piano/singing; the service and food were icing on the cake! We sat at the bar where Tom, the bartender, took excellent care of us. It's easy to make new friends there, as everyone at the bar seemed like we'd known them for years. And the food...excellent steaks, cooked to perfection! Definitely the perfect ending to our week in Park City!
