Best takeaway food in Hull, the pizzas are closer to a sit down Italian restaurant standard than they are a takeaway absolutely first class. The burgers whilst still being great arent quite at that standard but it wont stop me going back again and again for pizza

A Sunday afternoon, and knowing that Wagwan would be open, we made a bee-line to it. The place itself is mostly a takeaway, but does have some seating in the window, if you decide to stay in.This we did, and ordered a selection off the menu, the WFC chicken sandwich - fried chicken with cheese, Burnt ends in a bar-b-q sauce, chilli fries and chicken wings. All were delicious and in portion sizes that had us wishing we had taken a doggy bag.

This is a great little takeaway, food is lovely and the staff are great, Friday night can be really busy its a good idea to order your food then collect can be a bit of a wait sometimes, pizza is delicious and a very reasonable price.

We are authentic italian food in Hull with traditional wood fired pizza oven using proper Italian ingredients and all our dishes freshly prepared with fresh local meat and vegetables and salad. Fresh and high quality with authentic test .

Visited a relative in this area and I noticed this new place had opened, after looking inside and seeing the menus I thought I'd ask a few questions to test the staff whilst making sure about hygiene and a few other things and all looked very good.So after chatting with the owner ( un be known to me at the time) he recommended 2 of his pizzas, price was very reasonable and I set off home hoping the wife would enjoy the food. After opening the boxes the amount of food for what I'd paid for would of fed at least 6 people, the variety of tastes was astounding and quite frankly the best take away I've ever visited. Try this place and I can't see how anyone could be disappointed with this outlet. Keep up the great customer service, the fantastic food and the very happy atmosphere.

Had to write another review about this fantastic takeaway,we have used this a few times since our 1st visit in December.Every time we have been the food is spot on and has never got the order wrong.one of us nearly always orders a downer kebab and it never disappoints its so look tasty.we got a free garlic bread tonight and asked for extra garlic butter as when we get it home (Ferriby) it's usually cold and dry tonight the extra butter was amazing a huge dollop in the middle yum yum (thank you)everything always seems so fresh and they always seem to listen to what the customer wants.Keep up the good work guy's.

The debate in our house is always between Chinese, Indian or pizza.On this occasion, the Indian won and we ordered from Cottingham Tandoori.Cottingham Tandoori has been a go to for Indian food for us for a while. It's very rare that we get something that disappoints.Occasionally we order something that is too hot or not hot enough.On this occasion, we ordered a Chicken Thali with an extra naan bread and some poppadoms.I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes and it was ready right on time.The food didn't disappoint, as normal. The chicken curry and chicken bhuna were well flavoured and not too hot for the various tastes in the house. There was plenty of food to go round, and not much left at the end. The thali comes with rice, chicken kebab and mixed vegetable bhajee, and at a price which is good value.We were all left feeling full and I know for sure that we'll be ordering from here again.We're always greeted with a friendly smile and never kept waiting for our food. In fact, writing this, I'm already looking forward to my next curry from here.

Have read that these are really good fish & chips, finally managed to try them for the first time today. Can honestly say they were really yummy. Great value for monâ¸ey to feed my family.The chips were perfect, no bad bits like other chips shops, cooked to perfection. Will definitely be returning.Thank you for the complimentary tomato sauce, chip spice and vinegar, a great addition to our meal.
