What a great place to hold a party!We organised a family birthday party in the smaller of the two function rooms.It was ideal with lovely tables with cloths and very comfy chairs. The room had its own bar and dance floor and was set out really wellWe were able to go in in the afternoon to decorate the room and found it spotlessly clean and ready for usWe had a Chinese and English food buffet. The hot food was piping hot and everything was so fresh, tasty and beautifully presented.Pik Ling advised us what to have and there was plenty for everyone. The feedback from the guests was excellent saying it was the best buffet they had had in ages!The staff were very attentive and made it a really pleasant evening.I have no hesitation in recommending the Phoenix City for any special occasion.Thank you Pik Ling and Barry

I actually walk past two three other chippy's just to visit this one, by far my favourite ariund the area. The salt & pepper chicken is to die for.

Been to this restaurant several times. The food is great. However!!! The attitude towards my children from the waitress was appalling!!! Picking my child up by the arm and telling her âSHH!â And then further add to insult, she apologised to other customers for my 2 year olds behaviour. This will be getting reported further. Spitting âSITâ to a toddler for laughing and singing! Should be ashamed of yourself! Never in my life seen such behaviour from an adult! Disgusting...do NOT bring your children here.
