We use 'Frydays' very often as the weeks treat for Fish&Chips. The medium size fish can be 'whale size' so be be warned. The crispy batter coupled with it's unique taste is exceptional. Highly recommended.

Have read that these are really good fish & chips, finally managed to try them for the first time today. Can honestly say they were really yummy. Great value for monâ¸ey to feed my family.The chips were perfect, no bad bits like other chips shops, cooked to perfection. Will definitely be returning.Thank you for the complimentary tomato sauce, chip spice and vinegar, a great addition to our meal.

Visited a relative in this area and I noticed this new place had opened, after looking inside and seeing the menus I thought I'd ask a few questions to test the staff whilst making sure about hygiene and a few other things and all looked very good.So after chatting with the owner ( un be known to me at the time) he recommended 2 of his pizzas, price was very reasonable and I set off home hoping the wife would enjoy the food. After opening the boxes the amount of food for what I'd paid for would of fed at least 6 people, the variety of tastes was astounding and quite frankly the best take away I've ever visited. Try this place and I can't see how anyone could be disappointed with this outlet. Keep up the great customer service, the fantastic food and the very happy atmosphere.

We've used this Subway a few times now - usually after filling up with fuel and on our way somewhere.It's the usual Subway stuff - no more, no less - and it is what it is; fast and convenient and reasonably-priced. You can sit inside but most people seem to grab a sandwich and go back to their cars - this is a fuel station!As another reviewer has said, there is an older member of staff who seems to be struggling with things a bit. She went to put chilli sauce on my sandwich when I'd asked for sweet onion, then charged me wrongly (I did realise, and she then put things right). A bit of extra staff training might be a good idea here..

Great Fish & Chips, and brilliant service that's supported by an attentive and 'hands on' management team. No frozen block fish here, just super fresh fillets that are superbly fried to order. As soon as you walk in, you're asked if you want fish, to help minimise your waiting time. The service is carefully managed like clockwork, I've never seen a chip shop queue go down so quickly anywhere. These guys are really switched on. They make the direct local competition look like a third rate act. My 6 year old insists we go to 53 degrees, he reckons the chips are the best ever.

Ample sized portions well cooked and very tasty food.Very friendly staff and a real family business which is rare nowadays.Worth the wait for them to put your requested fish into fry.Worth a detour of your heading to the motorway or have just come off it into the village.

Thin base, wide range of toppings. Friendly service and food is always fresh and hot. Better than Medicis pizza but havenât tried the other dishes to compare those. Only negative is they donât accept card despite the menu advertising that they do! Even if they accepted cards when spending a certain minimum amount that would be better than not at all.

Friendly staff, decent prices and food is generally very good. A little disappointed with the sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style recently due to lack of chicken but everything else is always very good!
