Zibibbo suites & rooms is located along Via Libertà, behind the Cathedral Of San Lorenzo, and boasts of a strategic location: on one side, only 100 metres away, you can reach the nearest beach; on the other side, there is the Port that you can reach by walking. It is the primary site of the maritime connections with the Egadi islands and the island of Pantelleria. The accomodation was born from love, passion and creative desire of Laura, an excellent host who welcomes her customers with care and dedication and makes them feel at home. A taste of Passito di Pantelleria and a Sicilian pastry will sweeten the palates of the Guests during their stay. Nice, but needs better service
Reviewed By furkettaNice guest house, in a convenient location, relatively new room, quiet area. We had breakfast included but the whole experience was a bit disappointing. we were given the option to have it in the room or on the terrace, but because of Covid, we had to arrange it the night before (which is fine). We set the first slot available (8:45), as the terrace is not huge and can’t welcome all guests at once. We planned to leave the guesthouse at 9:15 max, as we were continuing our trip and had a ferry to catch. We showed up at 8:45 sharp, the table wasn’t ready (there wasn’t really much), there was another table with other guests, using the only table in the shades; we waited until 9:10 to finally get our tray with cappuccino and croissant, a small bread, some jam and Nutella, 2 slices of melon and two yogurts....needless to say, we had to chug what we could and run away...I would have appreciate some extra sugar for my cappuccino, or another coffee, but the service was so slow that we just had to leave. I understand it’s a relaxed environment, but we had made very clear that we were on a schedule and expected them to be punctual (also because there was literally just one other table and we were left 25 minutes, out of the 30 ones allotted, totally abandoned!)

Even just laying on the bed with a view like a luxury ship cabin is really an experience. The stuff is really kind and helpful. The apartment Nr. 22 was spacious and clean. The bed is superb. cons: The 3th bed in apt. 22 is okay, but the apt. is more suitable for 2 persons only.

The two - room apartments, called "Paranza" (named after a particular type of fish), can accommodate up to four people, thanks to a large double bedroom and a living room equipped with a sofa bed.The three-room apartments, called Nasse (named after a traditional fishing technique) have two bedrooms, can accommodate up to 6 people.Finally, in the highest floors of the residence, there is an attic (up to 4 people) and a super attic (up to 3 people), known as "Rais" (the word of Arabic origin used to designate the "responsible" for tuna fishing ), the both have a high comfort level as the fireplace, the roof beams, terrace with a panoramic patio.
Be Treated Like Family
Reviewed By David ZFirst, like many Sicilian B&B's the location is hard to find even with a GPS. The apartment we stayed in was large with a comfortable bed. The real surprise is the owner had his Nephew guide us with his car to a Municipal parking lot for our car and then show us places to eat. When I noticed there was a washing machine they actually washed our clothes for free. Finally, the breakfast that was included was very good.

In the Old Town we found these nicely decorated quiet apartments including all the necessary amenities like comfortable bed, kitchenette, fridge, microwave, kettle, ironboard, radio, comfortable well appointed bathroom with shower. Provided with a free airport shuttle ..Giovanni and Leonardo were extremely nice and punctual drivers. Alessandra the nice friendly host who speaks good English suggested having a nice breakfast at Ai Lumi Tavernetta for €5 just a short walk away. Indeed a wonderful experience in this beautiful city. Suggest to visit Erice and the Egadi islands with the hydrofoil. Would surely recommend Rosa dei Venti to anyone who wants a relaxed and trouble free holiday.

What a view
Reviewed By 0000eric0000We stayed here 5 days in this beautiful clean apartment where everything worked with amazing sea and cityscape views- listening to the waves and seagulls. Although the apartment is right in the centre -no noise and Parking no problem at the piazza victoria Emanuel 5min walk away at 10 cents an hour. As no one was booked in the day we left we got a late check out much appreciated as our flight left late in the evening. Service was courteous and efficient.

Great, for a Very Economical Price
Reviewed By elaniiiThis is a new place, with all new fixtures, WiFi, a very secure gate, and kitchenettes. If you're a couple, or a family, wanting to stay for a week or so, this is a wonderful find. On booking.com, I got it for 45 euros a night, and it easily sleeps four. However...there is no one ever around to help you get anything, so you're on your own. If you need coddling, then this is not for you. But if you can take care of yourself, then it is truly the bargain you've been looking for., I don't think you can find anything better.

Large Comfortable Apartment
Reviewed By ChrisW-TorIt is a large apartment on a main floor of a building. You can park on the street in front of the building. It's very secure (you need to unlock 3 doors to get in). Kitchen is well equipped, there is a washer and a rack to dry your clothes but no balcony. 10 minute drive to the cable car that takes to Erice (worth it!) but watch out for parking scams (individuals there that make you pay for free parking). Taxi to Trapani centre cost us 12 euro. Wheelchair accessible.
