Harding University continues to provide quality entertainment via the SSDT program. The dinner and a play is a wonderful way to spend an evening with friends. The dinner was excellent with salad, buffet line, tea and dessert. Local talent made "Til Beth Do Us Part" come alive and gave us many opportunities to laugh. Great night out and ready for the next show.

There are some wonderful exhibits in the pioneer village. It is certainly worth your time, but could be truly outstanding. Some great buildings and some wonderful old farm equipment. With some information about the buildings and equipment it would be an amazing experience. Tour guides or written explanations posted by buildings and equipment would certainly enhance the experience. We would certainly return on a warmer day, but would love information on the exhibits!!

My husband, daughter and myself went trout fishing with Tailwater Fishing last weekend. James Dillard was an excellent guide. We went on the Little Red River, he is very professional and knowledgeable. We were only able to fish for around 3 hours and caught over 40 fish! Thank you Mr. Dillard for a wonderful experience.

Harding University Theatre provides a wide selection of performances for all ages. We have our Homecoming musical every Fall & our Spring Sing variety show every Easter weekend, both performed in the Benson Auditorium, our Pied Pipers troupe entertains children in many different locations, and a variety of shows are performed in our Ulrey Theatre, including our annual Searcy Summer Dinner Theatre!

Not sure about the address given, but we recently enjoyed the performance of "Singing in the Rain" put on in the chapel building by the music division of this University. What a great performance. You know these kids can sing, but they also act and dance superbly. You're not going to get Gene Kelly and Donald O'Connor type dancing performances , but these college actors were REALLY good. After seeing the Spring Sing and now this, I am really impressed. Don't miss any performance they give.

We needed to waste a little time while we were in Searcy for a memorial service so we stopped at 'Old Hippy Antiques' (next to Freds). The store was clean and well organized. Most of the prices were quite reasonable... much more so that what I can find in the St. Louis area. If we had been in need of a chifferobe and had we had a truck I think we would have purchased one there!
Actual address is: 2708 East Race Avenue, Searcy, Arkansas 72143 (I think the Hwy 16 address above is their old address.)

This smallish (12 lanes) but modern bowling alley was very busy. It had the amenities most do such as computerized scoring, TV's, and black lights.

I brought my husband and 4 kids here and loved it. The staff was wonderful and it is a very clean environment! Not to mention its Lasertag! Great time at a great place!

I was a little worried initially walking in, but the escape room(s) did not disappoint! I was in a group of four and did the Alcatraz room. Four seemed to be the perfect number of people. These escape rooms are much cheaper than others I've been to ($12) and it was just as fun and exciting.
