Stunning views of crystal clear Schroon Lake and the majestic Adirondack Mountains. What a wonderful place to have a picnic, read a book, do some writing, or just sit and gaze at the beauty of the town beach. The roped beach area for swimming is awesome and lifeguards are on duty daily during the summer months. Within walking distance are plenty of shops and restaurants. If you want picnic food walk over to Stewart's or Tops Supermarket on Main Street.Whether you're at Schroon Lake when the sun rises, during peak times, or at sunset, each visit will reward you with serenity and peace. There's no beach in the entire Adirondack region as stunning as Schroon Lake Town Beach, On the grounds of Schroon Lake Town Beach is a playground, grills, picnic tables, and a sparkling clean public restroom. A few yards away are public tennis courts and basketball courts. SCHROON LAKE TOWN BEACH is the #1 beach in the Adirondacks! It's absolutely captivating.
