Muzeum je rozdělené do dvou expozic. Když si koupíte lístek ve věži, pak máte možnost si druhou expozici prohlédnout do konce kalendářního roku. Expozice se lehce obměňují a jsou od sebe vzdáleny asi 5 minut cesty. Jsou tu různé kuriozity a rekordy, od bizarních, přes sportovní až po veselé. Pokud si chcete číst legendu, tak nebere děti, protože čtení je tu hodně.

Poutní kostel se nachází na vrchu v blízkosti Pelhřimova. Na kostele není zvenku nic extra zajímavého, vcelku běžná nepříliš zdobná sakrální stavba, ale je to místo s božským klidem, posezením pod krytou arkádou. Dýchá to zde zvláštní, velmi příjemnou atmosférou. Když se jí pokocháte, lze vylézt na blízkou rozhlednu s neskutečným výhledem, projít si křížovou cestu a objevit několik pěkných studánek ( bohužel zavodněné jsou prý pravidelně pouze od počátku zimy do počátku léta ), prý je v nich zázračná voda. Místo je ideální na výlet dětmi.

TIC is situated in the regional museum building just in the corner of the main square, so very easy to find. They offer lots of printed materials in several languages either for free or for a small amount of money, books and a range of souvenirs. The staff are able to speak a few language and are very competent if you ask them about anything in the town and surroundings. Highly recommended.

Kalvárie se konečně dočkala pořádné rekonstrukce a vyloupla se jak perla z ulity. Je nádherná. Dá se k ní dostal i bez nutnosti zdolat schody (zezadu z parkoviště u hřiště), což se hodí pro starší a méně pohyblivé.

From by-pass line of tower in 30 metres high is the great view on Pelhrimov and surrounding landscape. In the top part of tower is enabled garret of sonorous with historic photographs of town Pelhrimov. On way to by-pass line we walk around pelhrim bells. They weigh over 4 tonnes together.

Pěkný výhled, ale zároveň je moc zajímavé už jen prolézat vntřkem budovy vzhůru. Pro místní je to skoro povinnost se tam alespoň někdy vydat :-).

Неплохой музей, помимо постоянной экспозиции здесь бывают интересные выставки. Если задержитесь в Пельгржимове, рекомендую не обойти вниманием как музей в целом, так и, в особенности, бывшую городскую тюрьму (šatlavu), для осмотра которой можно приобрести отдельную вступенку.

Doporučuji rodičům i dětem,ale i mládež se zaručeně pobaví.Za hřmotu řetězů a kvílení zlobivců z pekla se adrenalin vyplaví všem návštěvníkům.Nevíte,co za každým rohem Vás čeká.Můžete se vyfotit na hříšném loži či v dáblovu křesle.Stačí 20 min a budete mít zážitek na celý život.

The St Anne Chapel ruins used to be beautiful baroque church located on the small hill at very west end of bohemian-moravian highlands, currently partly surrounded by forrest but still providing magic view on highland countryside and Pelhřimov town and sensible people may feel positive energy in the air here.
It is accesible for pedestrians only, less than 2 km from Pelhřimov, direction is not marked but you can follow Humpolecka street and turn right just behind the town hospital, pass some garages and Gardens and follow a little bit vanished path between the fields (however, the chapel is visible nearly all the way, so you can not miss direction).
You can either return to Pelhřimov on the same way or proceed on meadow path to Olešná village (it is better to take a map), proceed to beautiful Chvojnov and follow tourist yellow mark to Velký rybník. Buses back to Pelhřimov operate at least twice in the afternoon even in the weekend, just take all the refreshment with you, the first and only pub available is motorest in Velky Rybnik. The whole path altogether is approx 14 km long and very relaxing.

It is a very lovely, small museum located in the cellar of the old Baroque house on the Masaryk Square. The exhibition shows a lot of typical Czech ghosts. There are very funny information about each ghost (what is its job, if it is dangerous, where you can meet it...). It is perferct place for families with kids.
Admission is really very low: 15,- CZK per adult and 10,- CZK per kid.
