The Sahara was the most interesting experience - the true highlight of the Tunisian holliday. From Tozeur we got into jeeps - modified Toyota Land Cruisers- and we went to the Oasis/Waterfall of Chebika at the foothills of the Atlas mountains. From the Oasis we took the old rout of the Paris-Dakar rally through the sandy desert of Tunisia - you have to do it - it is amazing the scenery is like a movie set in its own and the driving skill shown by the drivers will take the experience to a whole new level - over the dunes - mitigating steep slopes , driving on the side of the hills - where normal vehicles will just tip over but not these and finally stopping on top of a dune from where you can enjoy the sunset in the Sahara and below you see the set of the Star Wars movie - used in the Phantom Menace. From there we drove back to a hotel for the nights rest - only to wake up very early in the morning to catch the sun rising over Chott el Djerid - just brilliant. From there a short ride to the city of Douz where we took a 45 min camel ride in the desert. To see, feel and smell the desert. Overall a great experience - I recommend you take the Sahara trip , is definitely the highlight of any Tunisian holiday. Was for me at least.

This is a very amazing place. It is a desert but instead of sand you walk on salt! If you have the opportunity to be there at sunrise time the view is even more shocking.

As we went along with The Soul of Sahara team and its guide Ahmed, we were full of surprise to discover this part of Sahara which is a ravishingly beautiful canyon, Nature is so full of surprises and awesomeness.

I have been there around the 09th of August, 2018, At the first sight, I have got some dizziness and I got lost dua to the beauty of the place and the designs of the decor which really harmonized with the Tunisian desert as you can feel you are one of the movie actors playing out there...So cool. I do recommend any visitor include it in his or her visits plan, it really worth that.

It was my very favorite place to stay at it when I had passed through Touzer with my lovely wife in our honey-moon month. The place is so calm, surrounded by palm trees and other various green trees, its natural views had offered a romantic harmonisation between nature and human inovations. Out there, you meet a kind and nice people, there is a traditional cofe, with an open space where you can relax and chill out. I did really admired Eden Palm place.

Once you reach there, you will find a really amazing receptionist welcoming your visit and wishing you a great day, here, I am about the Monument of an old dinosaur. Then, inside terrific of the incorporation of old time animals and history up to the recent time of our planet all into one big amazing palm tree a forest of palm tree.
