Our family is visiting the area from Las Vegas and we are a bunch of true crime lovers so we just had to go to the Lizzie Borden house! The tour exceeded our expectations! Our tour guide, Sue, was so awesome! You could tell she truly enjoyed what she does! She had such a cool enthusiasm and all of the small details made the tour truly special! She gave a great narration and then let us tour the rooms after each section. We are definitely going to come again for the nighttime tour to hear all of her paranormal stories!! Definitely worth the visit! Hope they open Maplecroft by the next time we return! Thank you, Sue!!

The beautiful old home it is housed in is a real gem. Loved all the furnishings and paintings and learning the history of Fall River. The tour was most informative and our guide such a nice lady. The red dining room built in the round was quite interesting and was intrigued by the Lizzie Borden exhibit. Neat little gift shop with a friendly staff.

Battleship Cove is a great destination for a day trip here in the Northeast. It have the USS Massachusetts battleship there as well as several other navy vessels including a WW 2 submarine and several world war two patrol craft. it is a wonderful place to go if you have an interest in military history, the battleship is open for self guided tours and they also will take groups for a group discount. I highly recommend this for anyone who likes military history

I visit this market every time I am in the Fall River area. Wonderful selection and variety of Portuguese foods from the exotic to everyday items. Foods I would never find in my area and I have found the quality to be excellent and the staff helpful and accommodating; I love this market and I wish I could shop there everyday!

Is it a maritime-heritage museum? A mechanical-engineering museum? An art-history museum? A Titanic museum? A Steampunk lover’s dream? A paean to the Floating Palaces of the Gilded Age? A good place for seniors and kids with extra energy?Yes; seven times yes. Even after going there and going back, I’m not sure how to characterize this place. But I like it a lot, and if you like things or people, I’m guessing you will, too. It’s just a few blocks from the entrance to Battleship Cove, and right off 195 between 24 and 79. Definitely worth a look! (And a terrific setting for events; both parties I attended there were hits.)
