If you are a meat eater this is a good choice. Above average, well presented and juicy steaks cooked according to requirement. When we were there the restaurant was quiet, the service was average. Would I go again? Yes

My wife and I were travelling in an area quite unfamiliar to us and found ourselves at the Bayside Shopping Centre in which there was a Spur. From the beginning the service was most attentive. My wife was drawn to the Seniors Menu for ribs and I was directed to the special, that I would never have known about left to my own devices. The ribs, as always, were outstanding. We looked after carefully and so we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We went there to look at the iconic view of Table Mountain from Blauwberg Strand. The beach too is incredible.Catch 22 is well positioned to enjoy the view. We tasted a combination of fish a chips, a burger and sushi.Although they took time to arrive the quality of each one was excellent and worth the wait. The staff need proper and corrective training here. Each time I visit this restaurant, the service remains alarmingly poor. The waitrons cannot even assist in slight deviations from the bland menu. Such a pity as the place has potential to attract many locals to support its facilities. Itâs time the owners get involved and sort out the place.

Our party of five arrived just before 7 on Thursday night. Service was slow and we waited over an hour for starters. Burger was incredibly salty and the waitress not interested in following up on drinks etc. Our last visit was much better. Iâve been to this Spur on many occasions and on each visit, the service has been absolutely shocking. I keep returning with kids in the hope that perhaps the service will have improved. Not at all. This place is terrible and I will NEVER return. Donât bother supporting this restaurant. The staff donât give a damn about customer service, theyâre rude and theyâre absolutely USELESS. I've been to quite a few Spur Steak ranches over a 20 year period and decided to give these guys a go. I went late afternoon around 15:30. I usually order the standard original spur burger and follow it up with a classic waffle. I was totally blown away with a perfect burger and chips. For the burger specialists out there...who will argue and say it's only a burger and not perfect...all i will say is it's the best spur burger I've ever had...enough already bring the waffle :)Dear Winston G,Thanks so much for taking the time to send us your feedback and for your continuous support over the years.
