I popped in to for a vinyasa flow session and was greeted warmly by Helen and the other yogis. The class was fabulous building to a peak, then finishing off with some holding postures. Helen instructed well and offered suggestions for all levels of ability. The venue is lovely and when I visit Napier again I will be back.

This was my first Hot Stone Massage and the only one I could find in the CBD. Thankfully, Monique fit me in her busy schedule. She did a quick consultation and is very knowledgeable; she created a calm, friendly atmosphere and tailored the session to me. She made sure I knew exactly what she was doing and was more than happy to listen (a lot!) and chat about anything and everything. Cathartic and my body definitely appreciated it (I had to take my shoes off to keep my balance in the post-massage haze!) Thank you so much Monique, I will definitely keep you in mind for another great experience.

My wife and I chose to do a couples massage which basically means you both have a massage a the same time in the same room. We chose Siamese Thai because it was easily the highest rated massage place using Google. The whole experience was 10/10. The therapist professional with good pressure and lots of stretching. We did the 1.5hr Thai style massage with foot reflexology. Lots of other styles to choose from. I’m a regular massage user 3/4 time a month. I would use the people again. Absolutely no hesitation! Highly recommended. Bathroom available, lots of street parking and some limited business parking. No Amex.

Great and relaxing hot pools, by the ocean! Watch the ocean while chilling in a hot pool. $30 family pass sounds reasonable to me, that includes access to all facilities including saunas. Nice beach cafe, which closes at 3pm, which was the only single disappointment. Highly recommend place.
