We have been to several restaurants during this week, but this has been the best. This is a restaurant that focuses on the quality of the food and the service, this is not a pretentious restaurant; simple and just focused on the quality of the food. This is the first restaurant where I have been asked whether the temperature of the wine was my preferred. We had an assortment of cheeses and also some good serrano ham. They brought the ham over to our table and sliced it for us. They also had a delicious Santo Tomas Barbera wine produced in Mexico. I had never had this type of grape before, but it was great. Its somewhat closer to pinot noir, but quite distinctive. Finally, the grouper spanish style with clams was superb. The dessert was spectacular, a turron ice-cream.

The food is really good for the price you pay. A little far from other attractions, which makes it more for the locals. You can tell it's good from the amount of people you see waiting for a table.

Una torta mongol a base de pan chapata camarón pulpo y marlin picosito , un plato costeño para compartir al centro que se me hizo muy buena idea el cual trae camarones roka, chicharrón de pulpo y frituras de camarón, muy recomendable para probar tres platillos en uno... chicharrón de mojarra y aguachile natural con 3 salsas y los deliciosos fish and chips acompañados de una buena clamachela

Because they grill, depending upon where you sit, the smoke could bother you. They switched the seat for us, but this time the music was too loud for us to talk. The food ( steak, salad, drinks ) was good, but those two things ruined our first experience at this restaurant. And it will be our last after seeing the bill.

A really popular place, with the best cuisine....All the meals are really delicious....I had a shrimp soup, a ceviche and a shrimp tostada....ufff I'm still in love...always with "negra modelo beer with michelada"... Amazing!!!

We stayed at the Rosewood, and although we love the hotel in San Miguelde Allende, weâve never enjoyed their food. This was a game changer. We decided to have a quick lunch before heading out to see some sights and we were amazed by their service, the food and the ambience. On that note we decided to try it for breakfast the next day. Equally impressed! Fast service, amazing variety and very accommodating. We tried a few other spots in the city and were less than impressed.... this should be rated in the top 5, hands down. Donât miss it in Puebla! (Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon was one of the best Iâve ever had!)Dear Mrs. MexChilanga,thank you for your kind review about your recent visit in Bistrot Pasquinel, we are so glad about making culinary experiences like this.
