Casa De Napoli

We came here for dinner and had a good experience overall. Food was good, service was okay. For appetizers we ordered fried calamari, which was very good and mushrooms stuffed with crab and lobster, also very tasty. I had the chicken francese with spinach ravioli as an entree. Ravioli was excellent. Chicken was decent. It's a small establishment and has an old school feel. Service could have been better in all honesty.

Chart House

This restaurant is all about the view. When you mention Chart House to someone their first response is "They have such a gorgeous view of NYC!" If you strip away the view and "fine dining" facade, the food is really just average, especially for the price. The grouper last week was inedible. My mother ordered it sauteed and my sister in law ordered it grilled. Both came out deep fried (the piece was also microscopic for each of them). The "corrected" dishes weren't much better. We weren't charged for those dishes and the manager was very friendly. Our server during our most recent visit was friendly and attentive, although she insisted I wear plastic gloves she brought to the table for me to cut the cake (my family still hasn't stopped laughing).
Basically, this place is great for some appetizers, drinks, and/or dessert to admire the view. The dinner is decent but the quality doesn't justify the prices.

We had a brunch in this restaurant. I had a crab slider as an appetizer and flan stake as a main course. Slider was good. Nothing special, but not bad. The flan stake was totally different experience. First, I asked for sunny side up eggs. But I got scrambled ones. Second, dish looked and tested like one you can get in the diner somewhere in the middle of nowhere. And the stake was very chewy. I can’t believe I can have it in the Hoboken…

Guests may enjoy a four-course prix-fixe or chef's tasting menu in the Main Dining Room, or rustic Alsatian-inspired dishes served a la carte in the bar and lounge.

I have frequently dined alone and never been more graciously received as here. From the reception area to the servers to the sommelier, I enjoyed my evening immensely. The delightful winks of half-timber construction and the coo-coo clock discreetly observing the room from a high perch were the only overt clues as to the Alsatian background of the restaurant. That and a couple of choucroute nods on the plates. I ordered the tasting menu with paired wines and can attest to the superb flavor and artistry of each dish. A well-deserved Michelin award.

Los Tacos No. 1

Reviewed By Mitchgobears - Salt Lake City, Utah

The tacos are good but everything's no is a la carte. One taco is an appetizer. Two tacos are a snack. Three tacos can make a meal. Three tacos without anything else is $10.50. The food is good but it definitely isn't inexpensive Mexican food. I wouldn't go out of my way for it.
