We went on a quiet night so I can't say much about the general ambience. There are tables in the garden and around the pool and a lively bar. Food was good; lots of Lebanese food to choose from. The tabouleh and hummus were pretty good! And they give you ample pita bread to go with.

Within the trouble of Bobo-Dioulasso there is an oasis - L'Eau Vive. Lovely French Cuisine, served in a covent by nuns from all around the world.

Le Zion est un peu désaxé du centre ville, mais en revenant du site touristique de DAFFRA, il est le premier maquis à offrir de réelle qualités de cuisine constante.( Africaine, ou nord africaine) Nous avons craqué pour la spécialité : le tajine de mouton. Servi dans des pots en terre cuite, il était délicieux et copieux. Le couscous est également excellent pour un prix dérisoire. Les tables sont propres et on mange sous une paillote agréable. A recommandé pour un maquis.

Back here again on our recent trip to Bobo - and things haven't changed much! You get the menu, choose the meal then after some minutes the waiter returns to let you know whether they have what you want, which is usually 'no'. Having said that, despite the slow service, it's still pretty good food and 'safe' for the visitor to eat. Functional rather than exciting.

I would recommend this place for brunch (upstairs) or a quick ice cream of pastry snack (downstairs). We went during lunchtime. There was only one Waitstaff at that moment who was serving several tables. He was super friendly and patient but overwhelmed. Poor guy. I was disappointed however that on the menu, only 20% of items were actually available. The waiter had to come several times to let us know that items we had ordered were not available. Understandable enough but I wish they would let customers know ahead of time what is actually available. The omelets we ended up ordering were really just average. The nem was average and it didn't even come with a dipping sauce. They did not even have milk when I ordered it so I can add my espresso in it. So, I think it would be best to come in for pastry or ice cream. If you want to eat, make sure you ask what is actually available first.

Joli cadre, excellent rapport qualité prix, le meilleur chawarma que j'ai mangé jusqu'à présent ! Nous sommes venus régulièrement déguster leurs bon petits plats ... par contre l'attente est vraiment très longue et les serveuses pas compétentes. ...enfin la qualité du repas nous fait revenir.

Ce petit restaurant , près du marché est très bien pour découvrir la cuisine locale et aussi pour se rassasier avec les nombreuses options du menu .Les plats sont très bien cuisinés ,copieux et peu chers ; de plus le restaurant est mitoyen d'un centre internet , la terrasse donne sur le spectacle de la rue , le personnel est sympa , le cuistot est un pro !
