Service is good, food is well prepared in a clean atmosphere. Just don't look too closely at where you are eating. The wooden chairs have grime all over them from years of hand prints that haven't every been cleaned off. The tables and chars that are attached to the floor are rusty and dirty at the base. Floor is grungy looking. The surfaces of the tables are stainless steel and usually look clean. The tables outside have a dirty looking surface that never cleans off. They also have the habit of cooking the steak or chicken on the grill until it turns to charcoal.

My family has been coming here for years. Let's start with the food-big portions, fair price, delicious and cooked to order. My wife and daughter are both allergic to onions and not only will they cook everything without them- they remember each time we come in, even if it has been a month or so.I know that there is nothing else around this restaurant but it is worth going to- no lines and no waiting-this is a hidden gem in AkronMy wife love the sea food, I get the fajitas usually and our daughter gets a variety of items. Everyone from picky eaters, kids, couples on dates or just a family night out.Most meals range from $9 to $12. And you will not leave without a smile and a full stomach.

My meal at Uncle Tito's was delicious! I enjoyed the lunch fajitas (veggie). The plate included generous portions of rice and beans. Complimentary chips and salsa were served before the entree arrived. The margarita reminded me of one that I enjoyed in the home of a chef in Cozumel - perfection. I highly recommend Uncle Tito's!

Good clean taco bell, great food as taco bell goes. Senior drinks are free. Be brave and try their encherito, I love it. The new cinnibun bite and churros are great desserts.

Who would even consider Mexican food in Barberton? One of my husband's friends said that she had been there and really liked it so, we threw caution to the wind and went there. It is a cute place BUT.... Even though it wasn't very crowded when we went, the service was very slow and the food was mediocre. The quantities were huge so we left more than we ate. Apparently this restaurant values quantity far more than quality. We won't go back.

First impression earns only three stars for location (easy to miss if you don't know where it is) and appearance (maintenance issues like ceiling leak) ... quality of food (vegetarian fajitas) and service gain an extra star. Good Mexican is hard to find in the Akron area, and the options for Mexican food are almost just as scarce, but El Jalapenos is a great place with awesome food. Owner is extremely friendly and have yet to have a bad meal or experience.

This place may be local... but the food and service has never let us down. Just amazing every time. My wife loves the Micheladaâs. If you are close by to here and you like Bloody Maryâs, you will LOVE a Michelada. Just get it with Modelo Especial (beer).
