We found this fairly accidentally as it was tucked away on the first floor of the Freemason's Society. We had a large red snapper which was good with a plain OK salad. The service was very attentive, the wine good, but best of all was the local men's choir rehearsing in the room next door so we had free musical entertainment while we ate. We ate early at around 7.30pm and were the only ones eating there, but it may get more use after 9pm. Very traditional place with areal taste of the island. Great place to try.

We went here after delicious ice creams in Helados Artesanos which is just on corner...Was two of us and for two ice creams in Helados Artesanos and two coffee with milk in Los Alamos Bodegon we paid 6 euro!Really nice pleace to go for nice quick meal or very tasty coffe...Definitely come back again :)

We visited for my partners birthday 26/08/17 . We sat in the inner courtyard in a nice corner, a quiet cool spot. We shared a bottle of local white wine (Vega Norte) she had salmon salad starter followed by the red tuna(atún rojo) I started with the ham croquettes followed by the cod (bacalao) we finished everything off in a long slow relaxed fashion. With a small beer, bread, water & coffees total â¬70 good service, good food & a successful evening & we highly recommend.

We were going to eat dinner in this place but just had a drink after the welcome we had. Or should I say lack of welcome. The waiter was one of the most miserable people I have ever come across. Didnt even say hello. No atmosphere at all just the news on the television. Had a drink and went elsewhere. No wonder the place was empty. Do yourself a favour and dont go.

We came to La Palma for a 7 day holiday in March. We are vegetarian (mostly vegan) and like to eat healthy. Veg art provided us with much needed supplies for our self catering accommodation, and some delicious, healthy meals when we decided to eat out. Really recommend this place. I loved this place so much that i went there every day. It is a great Tapas Bar to socialise, especially as a solo traveller. The food is tasty & the wine good, everything reasonably priced. The staff are friendly & the atmosphere brilliant. Tasca Alvasca is the best place in Los Cancajos!

This restaurant is a really nice place for entertaining people or to have a romantic dinner. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. This place also has a room for private parties. One can dine either inside or outside, however wherever you eat you will not be disappointed.
