Dot so me skin and roti, and doubles to keep for the long plane ride home, it was good I missed the food and was happy to take some back with me . It was good and my family enjoyed it as well. The staff was nice no much more friendly. Nut good food.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at The Meena House. The ambiance is so beautiful with the pictures of Trinidad from the olden days. The staff is very friendly and can assist you with suggestions if you're not sure what to have. As an appetizer we had the shrimp served with 3 different types of dips which was cooked perfectly! For the main course we the duck in a sorrel jus and the lamb and WOW talk about both meats being tender and juicy. The lamb was falling off the bone and the duck had a lovely crust with the various spices. The sides of Rio Claro cassava fries and lentil dhal were delicious! The gobi was spicy and nice. For dessert we had mojito sorbet and cardammon and saffron ice cream. The sorbet was refreshing and a wonderful palet cleanser. The ice cream was creamy and flavourful. Of course this is Indian food elevated so the prices are set to match. Albeit it was a very expensive meal I will definitely be going back again perhaps on a special occasion. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Indian food with a local mix and funny and helpful staff :) Excellent job Meena House!!Thank you for your kind words, Maria. The energy at Go Papadums is relaxed and inviting. My family of 6 visited for dinner and we ordered a variety of vegetarian options: including a Thali, Paneer wrap, Veg. Tikki burger and some additional sides. All items were flavorful, portions were ample and everyone enjoyed the meal.... We literally had no left overs. The accompanying Chai was also made just right.On our way out, we also grabbed frozen samosas and Tikki burgers to bring home.My family looks forward to returning for brunch at Papadums. Wow, thanks for this awesome recommendation, canât wait to have you and your lovely family back. See ya soon!

1. Staff - not welcoming, avoiding customers2. Ordered vegetarian meal (for religious purposes) but non veg meal was served3. When we found the dish doubtful the waiters still tried to convince us that it was tofu4. When confronted, they made an excuse about the shortage of staff which is extremely unacceptable for a prestigious restaurant.

So pleasantly surprised with the delicious ,mouth watering vegetarian and carnivorous options here. Loved the tandoori chicken with saffron coloured rice biryani and pickled salad /vegetables Great prices Limited parking Decent decor Pleasant staff The desserts looked enticing but I was so stuffed I just couldnât take a bite further. We love this hidden Gem in the city of Grand Bazaar where consistently the standard of food quality and ,taste in this buffet inclusive of many veggie options is always superb eg paneer masala , veggie rice , sweet sour crispy Melongene ,veggie and chicken samosa You can choose and weigh exactly what you want for you meals which I prefer as I can be selective. I love the fresh watermelon and passion fruit juices sweetened by sugar cane juice. The delectable Indian sweets also available here is simply marvelous. Go check it out.

My family and I went for dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We enjoyed the meal, the ambience and the service. The food, including the complimentary soup was tasty. We would definitely be returning at another time.

Digging into a hot roti raja dhalpuri is a must for anyone who is a lover of this roti! The paratha is as silky and smooth as it gets and off course the pepper roti is just right, even the kids can indulge as it is extremely tasty! All meats and sides are very well seasoned and compliment each roti! I always make it a point to find time to stop at Wings and have a great local meal. While the restaurant is a little out-of-the-way, you can expect a consistent level of quality here that makes the effort worth the trouble, They have added parking in the back which is really helpful and do avoid the peak meal times. You will not be disappointed. I can highly recommend Wings.
